1. What is The Fit Network?
The Fit Network is a social fitness and wellness platform that allows users to connect, share progress, rate each other’s fitness levels, and access curated content and exclusive offers.
2. How do I sign up?
You can sign up using Google, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter) social logins. Once registered, you can complete your profile and start using the platform.
3. How does the scoring system work?
Users can rate each other’s fitness levels on a scale of 1–10. Your own score is calculated based on ratings received from other users, which helps you track progress and unlock benefits. This is an optional feature
4. What are the membership tiers?
Membership tiers (Warm up, Core, Peak) provide additional benefits such as more conversation starts, exclusive voucher access, and early access to new features. Quotas are tracked automatically.
5. How do referrals work?
Each user has a unique referral link. When someone signs up using your link, they become part of your referral tree. Ancestors and referral rewards are tracked automatically.
6. How do I track my rewards?
Your total earned rewards (earnings) are visible in the membership page Rewards accumulate as users you referred engage with the platform. Historical totals are never deducted.
7. How do I redeem vouchers?
You can access the Shop within the app to view and redeem discounts on supplements, services, and food. Redemption links and terms are provided with each offer. you will be redirected to the providers website / social media.
8. How is my privacy protected?
You have full control over who can see your profile and rate you. Location data is used only to show proximity-based interactions and is protected according to our privacy policy.
9. Can I chat with other users?
Yes. You can start one-on-one conversations with other users via the Networking page. Conversation starts may be limited based on your membership tier and matching criteria.
10. How is distance calculated?
Distance between users is calculated using IP geolocation or device location (if enabled). This allows you to filter users within specific mile ranges for networking.
11. What content is available?
The platform offers curated videos andarticles on fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness. Content is updated regularly and may include exclusive early-access articles for certain membership tiers.
12. How do I update my profile or settings?
You can edit your profile, adjust gender/age preferences, and manage notification settings on the Settings page.
13. What should I do if I encounter issues?
If you experience bugs or issues, please contact our support (suppport@thefitnetwork.net). Provide screenshots and a detailed description for faster assistance.
14. Can I share The Fit Network with friends?
Yes. You can share your referral link or use the share buttons to post on social media or copy links to send directly. Sharing link / buttons in the membership page.
